About The Position

Overview:  Gravity Media is looking for a talented Social Content Producer to join our in-house production team, working on-site at our studios and dedicated activation spaces in New York. This is a three-month position, with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for producing engaging video content for multiple social channels, including content developed with creators, and contributing to the development of scalable platform-native content. Position Summary: Join the Production Supervisor, Content Operations Manager, and our client partners to develop this exciting partnership program with global brands. In this role, you will bring your hand-on production skills and deep understanding of social media trends and best practices to deliver engaging, performance-driven content. As a producer at the heart of this program, you will coordinate among internal teams, agencies, and content creators—managing the process from creative concept through to shoot, edit, and final delivery. You’ll join a dynamic studio production team that is embedded within the facility of our global tech company client.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise crafting engaging content for multiple social channels, including content developed with creators.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience producing both lo-fi/mobile and studio-quality productions using mobile-first production equipment and editing apps.
  • You consider yourself a creator, with a hands-on approach to content production and delivery.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant production tools.
  • Experience collaborating with talent, directors, and editors.
  • Must have experience managing multiple fast turnaround projects simultaneously.
  • Must have exceptional writing ability and strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable pitching ideas and communicating your creative vision to leads.
  • Ability to communicate, respond and flex in order to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to respond and work during nights, holidays or weekends if required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to sit, reach outward or above the shoulder, stand, walk, handle with fingers, stand, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to operate a keyboard, view a video display terminal screen, ability to use telephone equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Minimum 5+ years of content creation and video production experience as a Producer, Content Creator, or Social Producer

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end video content production process, coordinating among internal teams, agencies, and creators.
  • Hold partners and talent accountable for delivery, quality, and timelines.
  • Help develop scalable production solutions across organic and paid social assets to meet program needs by leveraging insights and creating high-ROI content initiatives.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and pitch innovative content ideas aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Deliver creatively sharp, performance-driven content that resonates with brands and viewers.
  • Collaborate with brands and teams, sharing data, trend analysis, and marketing insights.
  • Join workshops with our global brand client to help turn creative video concepts into production plans.
