We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Social & Content Marketing Manager to lead key brand-building initiatives across social media strategy, awards program management, and research project execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping DeepIntent’s external presence, ensuring consistent storytelling and managing complex initiatives from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate blends creativity with operational rigor—comfortable building compelling social narratives, managing award submission timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders on research-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles
  • Proven experience managing social media strategy and content calendars
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, PR, and leadership teams
  • Experience managing or submitting to industry awards programs
  • Experience overseeing primary and/or secondary research projects
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools

  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, technology, or other regulated industries is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company’s social media strategy aligned to brand, campaign, and business objectives
  • Develop and manage the B2B social content calendar
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to source, create, and publish content
  • Monitor performance, trends, and audience engagement to optimize content and timing
  • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency across all social channels
  • Lead the end-to-end awards strategy, including identifying relevant industry awards and submission opportunities
  • Manage awards calendars, deadlines, and submission requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather case studies, results, creative assets, and narratives
  • Write, edit, and refine award submissions to maximize impact and win potential
  • Track wins, nominations, and recognition for internal and external amplification
  • Manage marketing and thought leadership research projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and research partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Translate research findings into compelling marketing assets (reports, infographics, presentations, and social content)
  • Ensure research outputs align with brand positioning and business objectives
  • Support distribution and promotion strategies for research-based content
