The Specialist Social Community Management & Reporting will support the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, drive real-time trend mining, and contribute to analytics reporting. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of community management, active conversation monitoring, and accurate data analysis. The specialist will play a key role in fostering the brand's online community and contributing to the overall success of social media strategies. The individual will have a data mind set and be able to serve up actionable insights in real time for leaders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on community engagement and reporting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Zelf, Impact).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform strategy.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for social media trends and ability to identify opportunities for brand participation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily activity across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and others.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, looking for engagement opportunities with an eye to virality.
  • Execute real-time engagement strategies to foster positive interactions and grow the brand's online presence.
  • Stay on top of real-time social media trends, identifying opportunities for the brand to participate in culturally relevant and platform-specific moments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to quickly adapt and implement trend-driven strategies.
  • Pull and analyze data from social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Assist in compiling integrated social media reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data to support the broader social media strategy.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, paid media, and external teams to ensure alignment on strategies and content.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
