We are seeking a Social, Affiliate, and Community Manager that will own the strategy, execution, and performance of social content, affiliate growth, and community development across expert platforms and brand-owned channels. You’ll lead a growing ecosystem that includes: Social content & channel strategy Affiliate program performance & partnerships Community development across Reddit, StackOverflow, Substack, and other expert-driven spaces Live and interactive community experiences Oversight of the Community Growth & Engagement Specialist This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that blends creativity, data, AI-enhanced workflows, and direct leadership. You will work quickly, make independent decisions, and operate with minimal bureaucracy. A deep love of fashion, customers, and digital communities is essential.

  • Own the social strategy and roadmap for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook across all Wantable brands.
  • Build human+AI creative workflows that increase output, improve quality, and accelerate execution.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, OpusClip, and others) for ideation, scripting, editing, variation scaling, and performance optimization.
  • Identify platform trends, optimize against algorithms, and ship high-performing content with speed.
  • Activate cultural, seasonal, and fashion-driven moments in real time.
  • Own the affiliate program strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution across all Wantable brands.
  • Recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partners, creators, and micro-influencers.
  • Build workflows that ensure affiliate content, UTM tracking, and style verticals align with brand goals.
  • Develop incentive structures, communication cadences, and reporting dashboards.
  • Use AI-assisted analytics to identify high-performing partners, optimize commission structures, and scale revenue.
  • Oversee and guide the Community Growth & Engagement Specialist, ensuring alignment with social, content, and affiliate strategies.
  • Build Wantable’s presence across Reddit, StackOverflow, Substack, Quora, and other niche expert communities.
  • Develop content briefs, guidelines, and workflows that leverage CS and Stylist teams for authentic engagement.
  • Drive strategic participation across niche communities to build trust, amplify credibility, and grow memberships.
  • Lead moderation, sentiment analysis, and rapid response systems across all community platforms.
  • Plan and run live AMAs, livestreams, podcast features, expert Q&As, and interactive events across social and community platforms.
  • Support podcast participation by preparing guests, topics, outlines, and community follow-up content.
  • Repurpose live moments into high-performing clips, posts, reels, and affiliate-ready assets.
  • Track and optimize KPIs across social, affiliate, and community: engagement, reach, conversion, revenue, retention, and sentiment.
  • Run structured AI-assisted creative tests—hook variations, pacing, visuals, messaging, and affiliate assets.
  • Surface insights weekly to leadership, Product, Creative, and Merch.
  • Build dashboards and automations that minimize manual work and maximize output.
  • Directly manage and coach the Community Growth & Engagement Specialist.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Studio, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Stylist teams.
  • Foster a fast, low-bureaucracy operating rhythm centered on ownership and results.
  • 3–5+ years in social media, community management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or digital content for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brand.
  • Demonstrated success managing social channels and/or affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
  • Experience participating in or managing Reddit, Substack, or other forum-based communities.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva) and AI-driven editing/ideation tools.
  • Ability to move quickly, pivot often, and make independent decisions using customer insight and data.
  • Genuine love for fashion, styling, community building, and customer engagement.
  • Comfort capturing content, leading discussions, and hosting live moments.
