Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid social advertising experience, ideally managing large-scale Meta and TikTok campaigns.
  • 3+ years of agency experience preferred.
  • Proven experience owning paid social strategy and driving measurable growth for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution models, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing high-converting ad creative and copy.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Highly proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow through performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of paid social accounts across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
  • Design full-funnel acquisition strategies that optimize for awareness, engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and efficient CAC.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns.
  • Lead testing strategies across creative, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to align advertising strategy with broader client growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior paid media team members, sharing best practices and strategic insights.
