About The Position
Farmington City is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Soccer Supervisors to join our Parks & Recreation team! This is a great opportunity to get involved in youth sports, support your community, and enjoy working outdoors in a positive, team-oriented environment. As a Soccer Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging experience for young athletes while representing Farmington City with professionalism and sportsmanship. Season: April–May, and if wanting to stay on, August-October Pay: $14 per hour Age Requirement: 18yrs + Employment Type: Seasonal

Responsibilities
- Oversee the youth soccer games in accordance with league rules and guidelines
- Lead and assist with setting up and lining soccer fields prior to games
- Help with the cleanup and breakdown of fields after games
- Promote good sportsmanship among players, coaches, and spectators
- Serve as a leader to the referee staff, help instruct and teach them the rules of the game, and oversee their schedules and assignments
- Serve as an aid to the Parks & Recreation staff as needed
