Kingsmill Community Services Association is currently recruiting for Recreation Maintenance Workers.
Requirements

- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Walk and inspect the community recreation areas.
- Maintain grounds keeping, pick up trash, remove debris, blow leaves.
- Vacuum pool, skim pool, and arrange pool furniture.
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting room space.
- Set up and break down furniture for meetings and activities.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of community recreation centers.
- General grounds maintenance work at community recreation centers, bike path, trails, roads, and drainage systems.
- Assist Maintenance Technician with completion of Work Orders submitted by staff as necessary.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of five parcel swimming pools May through September.
- Other duties as requested.
