About The Position

To be considered for Lead SOC Analyst, candidates must: Have at least 2 years experience in security/computer or technology experience Be proficient in operating and troubleshooting security camera systems and related technology. Be knowledgeable of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting. Be able to multitask and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Have familiarity with monitoring security cameras, video intercom systems, and access control procedures. Hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Have a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years old. Have a clean criminal record (no felony convictions). Pass a drug screen (including marijuana). Be authorized to work in the United States. Job Duties: Utilize advanced camera systems to monitor and analyze live feeds for security threats. Coordinate and dispatch Mobile Security Specialists to respond to incidents or alarms. Initiate video intercom calls to enforce our clients’ access control policies. Review security footage to investigate incidents, identify potential security breaches, and gather evidence. Maintain comprehensive records of security incidents and responses. Perform technology tests, reboots, and troubleshooting equipment.
