About The Position

IPRC has a need for a temporary employee to adapt and refine existing curricula focused on applying systems thinking tools for ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) prevention, ensuring content remains relevant and effective for the target audience. In addition to this, the individual selected for this position will deliver engaging training sessions on systems thinking methodologies and their application to ACEs prevention strategies, utilizing expertise in the program’s framework to maximize learning outcomes and audience engagement. They will also provide strategic guidance and consultation to leadership and team members on program implementation, sharing institutional knowledge and best practices developed during the program’s creation, and serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting program-related challenges and questions, leveraging historical context and deep understanding of the program’s original design and intent.
