About The Position

What you will do: Lead privacy initiatives and support customers' privacy operational activities Manage the full lifecycle of DPIA, PIA and other assessments on an on -going basis for existing or new processes, systems, and application Help monitor, design and support personal data collection practices, investigate and document how data is shared Provide technical privacy expertise in relevant data protection regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g GDPR, CCPA, CASL, IL BIPA etc.). Support the development of data protection infrastructure and process automation across the enterprise Develop data retention & protection awareness campaigns and training programs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree a plus or equivalent work experience.
Relevant privacy and security or compliance certifications, privacy engineering certification (e.g. FIP, CDPSE, CISSP, CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM)
Deep knowledge of global data protection laws, standards, and associated frameworks (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, CASL, HIPAA, and APEC CBPR)
Strong understand of privacy engineering functions and domains
Ability to spot privacy issues and develop solutions to remediate
Commitment to advancing privacy objectives
