About The Position

Non-CDL Snow Removal Operators are responsible for clearing, cleaning, and maintaining our roads and parking lots to ensure our guests can easily and safely access the Beast of the East.

Requirements

• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating non-CDL equipment
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including cold, snow, and ice
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to drive and operate snow plows
• Operate loader/backhoe/skid steer type equipment
• Must be dependable and reliable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work early morning starts in all weather conditions
• Must have the knowledge, tools, and ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs of trucks and equipment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience desirable but will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Operate non-CDL heavy equipment such as medium wheel loader and plow truck during winter snowstorms and perform snow removal activities
• Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment
• Identify preventative maintenance needs and report to managers
• Interact professionally with guests and other departments as needed
• Clear assigned areas of snow and ice efficiently and safely, adhering to company and safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for snow and ice removal services
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations related to snow removal activities
