Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or combination of education and experience.
3 Years Experience in a health care setting preferred, supervisory experience .
Licensed by the State of Hawaii as a Social Worker

Responsibilities

Supervises Social Services Assistants
Assures that all residents and families are informed fully concerning "residents rights"
Provides individual and family counseling and case management services to individuals and families when necessary.
Provides consultation to members of the team, community, agencies, etc. in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs.
