Summary: Perform all aspects of the concession stand operaton, including operation of concession equipment, cash and merchandise, inventory control measures, and cleaning. Essential Duties and Responsbilities: Takes food orders, prepares fast food items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, operates a cash register, keeps food service area clean, etc. Follow proper sanitation guidelines and maintain clean work space. Provide friendly customer service and accurate cash control in the concession stand. Complete daily cash out reports. Restock product and supplies, alerts manager when supplies are needed. Daily clean-up duties, opening and closing procedures. Clean and sanitize equipment adhering to State and local health code policies. Must be punctual. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Marginal Duties: Other duties as assigned.
