About The Position

Job Summary: Supervises Snack Shack Workers; cook: clean, balance cash register receipts, other duties as required. Essential Duties: Maintains all concession equipment and cleaning maintenance logs. Complies with Health Department rules and regulations. Trains and supervises Snack Shack Workers. Demonstrate good customer service. Gives clear direction and work well with others. Attention to detial and consistency in every aspect is a must. Take orders, prepare food and assist with running the cash register. Ensures inventory control and that concession areas are adequately stocked. Ensures concession is organized and clean. Knowledge: Good supervisory practices; food handling/preparation; good customer service, cash handling and inventory control. Skills: Strong customer service skills; excellent organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills. Abilities: Ensure quality product;l operate and effectively communicate with others; lift up to 50 pounds; complete multiple tasks; work well with other staff members; and operate various equipment related to food preparation. Qualifications: Most posses a valid driver's license. One year supervisory experience. Prefer someone with food preparation experience. Licenses/Certifications: Must obtain a food handler's permit. Hours may vary: Monday - Saturday
