About The Position

The Snack Bar Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to members and guests at the club’s snack bar or casual dining area. This role includes taking orders, handling payments, preparing simple menu items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming service area. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Prepare and serve snack items, sandwiches, salads, drinks, and other casual menu items.
Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment as needed.
Ensure proper portion control and food safety standards are maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.
Process member account transactions accurately.
Answer questions about menu items, club events, and dining policies.
Keep the snack bar, prep areas, and dining space clean and organized.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Restock snack bar supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
Dispose of trash and follow recycling procedures.
