About the Role As a Server, you are a key part of the member experience. From casual lunches to elevated dinners, you’ll deliver thoughtful, seamless service while building lasting relationships with our members and their guests.

Requirements

Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for members and guests
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional service in the pool bar and pool areas
Guide members through menus, offering knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
Ensure accuracy and timing of orders from start to finish
Anticipate needs and create a welcoming, personalized experience
Maintain a clean, organized service environment
Work closely with culinary team, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products
Take payments for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
Ensure the alcoholic beverages are not dispenses to people under the age of 21
Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
