About The Position
Bretton Woods Recreation Center is hiring a Snack Bar Cook. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience. Requirements
- Strong communication skills and command of English language.
- Knowledge of food prep and cooking in a professional kitchen setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced situation, adapt to changing needs.
- Availability to work an open schedule to include mornings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to the club.
Responsibilities
- Prep and cook all snack bar foods.
- Ability to learn and understand Snack Bar operations.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Anticipate member and guest needs, remaining a step ahead with continuous service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear issued and required uniform.
- Clean and sanitize snack bar facilities, including grills, fryers, floors, and utensils.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
