About The Position
Lomas Santa Fe CC, located in Solana Beach, CA, is seeking a part-time Snack Bar Attendant. Requirements
- 1–2 years of food service/food preparation experience
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well organized
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provides a memorable guest experience
- Must be team-oriented
- Handles the production and service of food and beverage products as necessary in the Snack Bar
- Accurately handles all cash and/or credit card transactions following standard operating procedures
- Provides prompt and efficient customer service
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains the cleanliness of production and service equipment
- Keeps production and service areas clean and orderly
- Requisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from the kitchen
- Provides an adequate display of garnishes and condiments on a self-serve basis
- Performs clean-up and closing procedures
- Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
