About The Position
The Snack Bar Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits. Seasonal roles are eligible for sick time and holiday pay WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As the Snack Bar Attendant, you focus on customer service and quality, paying close attention to detail. You work well under pressure and in high-stress situations. You will need to be alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods. You possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- 100% attendance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
- Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, sanitized environment within the Ice Cream Shop.
- Greeting our guests with a friendly smile
- Taking detailed and accurate orders
- Operating the machinery in a safe and clean manner
- De-escalating guest complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Operating cash register
