About The Position

SHIFT - ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (1st,2nd and 3rd) PAY - $20-$24/hr. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for running the surface mount technology line and loading components Keep a clean and well organized work area Complete production related documents Make changes to machinery to accommodate different products Visually inspect boards to ensure quality Safely perform cleaning, changeover, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on surface mount equipment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years in automotive electronics manufacturing PCB manufacturing experience Understanding of basic electronics and PCB assemblies Ability to learn and operate technical equipment independently Must be available for weekend and daily overtime OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS: Five (5) years of automotive electronics manufacturing with experience in surface mount technologies Excellent problem solving and organization skills Ability to troubleshoot and performs repairs on SMT equipment independently Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail Understanding of advanced electronics Ability to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component level EDUCATION REQUIRED: Technical, mechanical or electronics training PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements

Two (2) years in automotive electronics manufacturing
PCB manufacturing experience
Understanding of basic electronics and PCB assemblies
Ability to learn and operate technical equipment independently
Must be available for weekend and daily overtime
