Requirements
- 2+ years working in a full-scale production environment.
- Ability to operate different types of equipment from screen printing, pick n place, reflow, and AOI.
- Working with solder paste types of RMA, Water Soluble and No Clean
- Ability to recognize in line process defects.
- Computer literate.
- IPC-A-610 Standard knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with "Universal Advantis or Genesis" machinery is a huge advantage.
