As a Smile Consultant, you serve as a trusted guide and advocate for every patient who walks through our doors. You lead the consultation experience from the first connection through commitment—removing barriers and creating clarity, urgency, and confidence so patients feel empowered to say “yes” to a better life. We provide life-changing full-arch implant solutions, including All-on-X/ All-on-4, for individuals ready to reclaim their health, confidence, and quality of life. This is not transactional sales. Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative B2C sales experience (healthcare, dental, elective procedures, or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and closing.
  • Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional presence
  • Comfortable discussing financing, lending, interest rates, and payment options
  • Highly organized with strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Dental or healthcare sales experience is an added bonus
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is ideal
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and/or practice software (OpenDental is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Consultation -Lead high-trust, high-urgency consultations that convert new patients into scheduled treatment
  • Educate patients on implant solutions, what to expect, and what’s possible for their future
  • Present treatment pathways clearly and confidently, aligned with the doctor’s diagnosis and recommendation
  • Create urgency through education (without pressure), helping patients understand the cost of waiting and the value of moving forward
  • Remove barriers with strong financing execution - Guide patients through financing options and applications (primary + secondary lenders when needed)
  • Explain rates, terms, approvals, and next steps in a way patients can easily understand
  • Build financial pathways that help patients move forward while maintaining integrity and compliance
  • Follow Up Like a Pro - Run consistent, structured follow-up to close patients who don’t commit same-day
  • Re-engage “not now” patients with empathy, confidence, and clear next steps
  • Maintain a full pipeline and protect follow-up time, because patients don’t always say yes the first day they feel hope again
  • Operate Like a Top Performer - Maintain a clean, organized CRM and accurate patient tracking
  • Hit key performance indicators tied to consult execution and revenue outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Doctors, Practice Office Managers, and Operations Leaders to deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, huddles, and skill-building sessions
