Serves as a senior-level leader responsible for high-level analysis and coordination of program schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across an entire program or service. Oversees financial management, methodologies, and resource allocation to ensure technical requirements are met. Leads and directs technical teams, establishes goals and strategic plans aligned with program objectives, and serves as the primary point of contact for the client and Contracting Officer as needed.
