About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a SME- Program Manager to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. The CCRRT Program Manager (PM) manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. The PM ensures alignment with NSS/NDS for peer competition, incorporating stakeholder validated China Crisis priorities. Possesses an Intelligence Planning background that allows for effective planning of intelligence support across the spectrum of intelligence activities. Maintains (weekly) a matrix of all available resources (within DIA, across the DIE, etc.) and contingency factors that may drive staffing requirements. Coordinates a planning team that tracks intelligence requirement drivers, ensuring both the foreseen needs and potential staffing solutions to support those needs across the CMG operational spectrum.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Intelligence Planning background that allows for effective planning of intelligence support across the spectrum of intelligence activities.
