We are seeking an SME III Technology Capabilities (Government Site) to serve as a senior technical authority for planning, coordinating, and executing advanced cyber engineering and cyberspace test & evaluation efforts in a highly classified TS/SCI environment (SAP-eligible). In this role, you will lead and support the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of offensive and defensive cyber capabilities, guiding teams through research, development, integration, and validation to ensure operationally relevant performance and mission impact. You will bring 15+ years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace T&E, including 10+ years of project management, and a proven track record evaluating sensor system effectiveness, feasibility, and risk-informed performance. This position requires strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document findings, and brief senior decision-makers, along with compliance to applicable DoD Directives/Instructions and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP+, OSCP, GIAC, CCSP). Military or DoW experience is preferred. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.
