About The Position

The SMB Sales Executive is responsible for the direct sales channel for BNC’s Colorado operation. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the process from prospecting, proposal creation, and closing to supporting onboarding and client development during the first 6 months. The SMB Account Executive is an important member of the BNC team and works closely with nearly every part of our organization. In this position, the right individual will generate a sizable income, build an exciting and rewarding career, and directly influence the growth of the company.

Requirements

• 4-year degree
• 4-6 years selling IT and/or professional services in the SMB space
• Must be based in the Denver Metro Area
• Hunter mentality with consultative selling approach.
• Personal network in Denver would be a plus
• Strong understanding of Managed Services, outsourced I.T. support and cloud-based software solutions
• Conversational knowledge of a broad range of technologies used in the SMB space
• Experience writing and delivering proposals to C-level executives
• Ability to generate new sales leads through referrals and networking activities
• Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales platform CRM
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Account management background is required

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects, develop , and generate new business through a variety of lead gen activities including cold calling, prospecting, networking, social media campaigns, current connections and referrals etc.
• Manage a pipeline of business in our CRM and consistently meet or exceed close ratios and other sales performance quotas
• Respond immediately to inbound sales leads and meet with prospective customers
• Meet with potential customers and sell BNC services to business owners and decision makers by effectively explaining BNC's unique service offering
• Develop technical proposals based on discussions with potential customers
• Build strong relationships with new customers to ensure their successful transition into the BNC fold, to develop additional work opportunities, and to generate new referrals
