About The Position

Amazon Key and Ring are looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing leader to connect our brands with SMB customers worldwide and grow a fast-paced business. You will own the marketing strategy for the Ring SMB portfolio and create integrated marketing plans across product marketing, demand generation, and creative functions. You will also lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative, new-to-world product launches. You will deliver results towards impactful business goals and serve as a trusted leader in our organization. A day in the life In this role, you'll balance strategic leadership with operational oversight, building our global marketing capabilities for the long term. You'll collaborate with global teams across product, sales, PR and external partners to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in the org's marketing leadership and have influence in the overall business direction. About the team Amazon Key and Ring SMB solve our customers' most critical security and access challenges with simple, smart solutions. We are a uniquely cross-functional org within Amazon, and often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping across global markets. Our team indexes highly on ownership, collaboration, and delivering results for our customers. We have lots of stakeholders worldwide, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high-visibility global programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in marketing leadership, including product marketing, demand generation and growth
  • Experience launching new products and creating new categories
  • Experience in B2C and B2B products
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience tracking and measuring quantitative marketing results to drive business outcomes
  • Experience communicating marketing results to senior business leadership

Nice To Haves

  • MBA in marketing or similar
  • 5+ years experience leading marketing/go-to-market strategy for both hardware and software
  • 3+ years experience managing external agencies and paid media
  • 3+ years experience in global roles

Responsibilities

  • Create the overarching global marketing strategy for the Ring SMB portfolio, along with annual plans to drive business outcomes
  • Launch new products, starting with customer research and value proposition development through announcement and activation
  • Drive growth by leading demand generation and acquisition programs
  • Deliver measurable business results against ambitious goals
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and innovative activations
