We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too! Base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Additionally this role has an additional variable component. Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our small business segment covers companies of 10-250 employees.
