About The Position

The SMB Account Executive is responsible for converting inbound leads into new customers. This role focuses on qualifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close. While the role is primarily inbound, there may be occasional outbound prospecting as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of SaaS or tech sales experience (SMB or inside sales preferred)
  • Strong discovery, communication, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage high lead volume and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, needs, and buying intent
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goals
  • Deliver product demos and position solutions aligned to SMB needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
