This is a high-velocity, SMB outbound sales role. Running a high volume of outreach daily Closing shorter sales cycles Owning your pipeline from prospecting to close Identifying and qualifying SMB clients in the health, beauty, & wellness industry. 👉 This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, activity-driven sales environments. This is a fully onsite role in Pleasanton, CA (5 days / week). Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of sales or relatable experience
  • Motivated by earnings, growth, and performance
  • Comfortable with high-activity, fast-paced environments
  • Looking to break into or grow within SaaS sales
  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sourcing and closing SMB sales (or relatable experience)
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable
  • General technical proficiency with software

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce or CRM experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage SMB businesses
  • Execute high-volume outreach (calls, email, social)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Close deals using a consultative approach
  • Maintain pipeline in Salesforce
  • Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Vagaro in the market
