Requirements

Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality care
Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field with at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities OR High school diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting individuals with daily living activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation
Successful completion of pre-employment background check and health screenings

Responsibilities

Lead and support day-to-day operations for assigned homes
Promote a technology-forward approach across HCBS services
Partner with the Assistive Technology Coordinator to implement innovative solutions
Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership on hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and step in as needed
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for both team members and individuals served
Conduct investigations, document findings, and communicate with leadership as required
Ensure accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with organizational standards
