Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license
• 3+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

Nice To Haves

• Insurance certifications are a plus!
• Proven track record of maintaining a book of business

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries, provide comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolve issues related to billing, claims, and policy specifics
• Assume responsibility for designated accounts, encompassing policy adjustments, renewals, endorsements, insurance certificates, audits, and cancellations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and cross-sell relevant insurance products to existing clients
