What You'll Do Partner with Program Teams - Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external small‑business suppliers across multiple air‑systems programs. Data-Driven Forecasting - Build, maintain, and analyze spend forecasts, EACs, and SB‑plan metrics; produce actionable insights for senior leadership. Reporting & Dashboard Management - Own the end‑to-end government reporting process (SB‑share, NAICS, CPAR), develop/refresh Tableau or Power BI dashboards, and ensure buyers have real‑time visibility to place purchase orders on schedule. Process Improvement - Identify gaps, design short‑term “quick‑win” solutions and long-term automation (bots, tool‑set enhancements) that reduce manual effort and eliminate repeat challenges. Training & Enablement - Design and deliver targeted training sessions and documentation for the supply‑chain community on small‑business policies, compliance, and best‑practice procurement workflows. Stakeholder Engagement - Represent the team in internal briefings, external supplier briefings, and occasional speaking engagements (conferences, supplier forums). Travel & Presence - Support occasional site visits and supplier meetings (≤ 20 % travel) while enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule. Basic Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or a related procurement environment. - Proven analytical skills - comfortable with large data sets, Excel/VBA, and visualization tools (such as Tableau). - Audit experience such as supporting DCMA, DCAA or other audit environments. - Prior experience leading teams and/or projects
