Small Business Account Manager About Us: We’re a high-growth Autodesk Reseller helping architects, builders, engineers, and construction professionals bring their biggest ideas to life. Our small business clients are nimble, ambitious, and building fast—and they need someone just as sharp in their corner. Enter you. We’re looking for a Small Business Account Manager who can build relationships quickly, manage a high-volume book of business, and help small businesses make smart software decisions that scale with them. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B account management, inside sales, or renewals experience (preferably in software, SaaS, or tech).
  • You’re organized, efficient, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Stellar communication skills—you know how to keep it clear, concise, and value-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CRM experience.
  • You love small business clients: their hustle, their skepticism, and their loyalty when you deliver.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, travel between office locations (including those with stairs), and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.
  • The physical demands described are representative of those needed to perform the job’s essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Relationship: You’ll manage a portfolio of SB clients—supporting renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and the occasional fire drill.
  • Drive Retention & Expansion: Keep your clients happy, active, and growing. Hit (and beat) monthly quotas for renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Be the Product Expert: Guide clients through Autodesk product offerings and all of ATG’s hardware, software, and service offerings.
  • Move Fast, Stay Organized: Manage high-volume conversations, track opportunities in the CRM, and never let a follow-up slip.
  • Spot the Signal: Identify high-potential accounts and turn small wins into long-term loyalty.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with Autodesk licensing changes, promos, renewals, and program shifts—because your clients will count on you to know.
