About The Position

Pleasantburg Veterinary Clinic is excited to add you as a part-time Associate Veterinarian! Our team located in Greenville, South Carolina prides themselves on their collaborative culture that integrates a variety of medical and surgical cases, while supporting you in your professional aspirations. This position would be a great opportunity for all experience levels. High volume clinic of long-term clients Located in close proximity to a number of UrgentVet locations to assist with any after-hour concerns or problems Multi-doctor practice with at least 2 veterinarians working daily Equipment that includes digital radiographs, dedicated surgery suite, and 24-hour patient hospitalization Pleasantburg Veterinary Clinic has proudly served the Greenville, South Carolina area for many years, offering knowledgeable, expertise, and compassionate care to the community's pets. We are a multi-doctor, small animal hospital providing comprehensive services, including boarding and grooming. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as digital radiographs, ultrasound, a surgical laser, an in-house diagnostic laboratory, and a fully appointed surgical suite. With an unwavering love for animals and their owners, our mission is to ensure an excellent quality of life for our patients while providing peace of mind to their families.

Requirements

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)

Responsibilities

  • Veterinarian's role in the Clinic is a position of leadership, trust, and respect and shall conduct themselves accordingly
  • Support the development of staff members through support of the Company's LevelUp clinical training program
  • Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience
  • Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
