About The Position

Handles customer request calls adeptly, leveraging expertise to effectively sell products, services, and solutions to the installed customer base. Addresses complex customer inquiries by offering multi-product/service solutions, often involving integrated solutions that meet intricate needs. Manages key accounts, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning offerings with client objectives. Maintains an in-depth understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry trends, ensuring accurate and insightful communication with customers. Navigates complex negotiations and high-value sales opportunities to secure beneficial outcomes for both customers and the organization. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows. Provides valuable inputs to Sales Representatives on emerging market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities to refine sales strategies. Analyzes performance metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimizing sales outcomes. Contributes to the development of sales strategies, collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organization goals. Trains, coaches, and leads other lower-level representatives, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the team's collective performance. Impacts department and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
