About The Position
The Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) is employed by the agency and is responsible for providing select speech language therapy interventions in clinic setting. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care (POC) under the direction and supervision of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Requirements
- Unrestricted SLPA license in Texas
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Please have a valid driver's license, reliable car, auto insurance, TB test, and CPR

- Experience is a big plus; we appreciate your value and knowledge - One year of experience is best
Responsibilities
- Provide the client with only the best treatment and direct patient care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Provide accurate, detailed and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the therapy process.
