Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year customer service experience required.
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Must obtain LA gaming license.
• Excels both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Six months to one year of previous experience in Slots and or IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining components, sub-systems, and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations.
• Responsible for inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction.
• Performs required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned.
• Maintains maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Shop.
• Observes all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reports any safety hazards to assigned supervisor.
