About The Position

Under direct supervision of Slot Manager and Slot Supervisor, this individual will maintain in good working order and install, upon notification of request, operation's Electronic Gaming Devices (devices) and any and all working components; this includes interior and exterior of the devices.

Responsibilities

Adhere to and understand clearly, department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), Gaming Policy and Procedures.
Accurately complete, in a timely manner, all required gaming forms when recording/compiling customer transaction and personnel information.
Provide excellent customer service according to department SOPs.
Know and effectively communicate promotional and special event information to customers and employees.
Install and maintain in proper working order, electronic gaming device equipment and related peripherals (including machine lighting, sign, posts, etc.), by troubleshooting as needed electronic wiring and other components within the gaming machines.
Move and/or assemble/disassemble electronic devices as needed and directed.
Responsible for proper installation and maintenance of all inner workings such as paper changing, correcting, if any, malfunctions, with the ticket printer.
Complete Technician reports, Incident Reports accurately and other documentation as needed such as but not limited to Access Logs, Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance Inspection Sheets, and Part Request Forms.
Responsible for accurate installation and maintenance of the components; including but not limited to; card readers, keypads, LCD's communication boards, wiring harnesses, and Data Potter Units (DPU).
Work in a manner consistent with a professional work environment, respective of basic human rights in the workplace.
Push in chairs and throw garbage away as needed or directed.
