About The Position

Responsible for the direct supervision of the Slot Technicians and the maintenance, repair, and testing of gaming devices.

Requirements

• Certificate of completion in electronics on a college level, technical electronics school, or IGT Technician Certification preferred.
• Two years minimum experience as a Slot Technician is required.
• Some lifting required.
• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop and bend without difficulty.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the IGT Advantage system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising slot technicians’ performance of repair and maintenance of gaming devices.
• Ensures compliance of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance, repair and testing of gaming devices.
• Maintains parts control log.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of equipment.
• Participates in hand pay jackpots and fills when required.
• Monitors machine entry logs.
• Assists in training slot technicians.
• Maintains contact with WAP rooms for scheduled PM for WAP with manufacturers.
• Prepares paperwork for new machines and conversions for machine software upgrades, in compliance with Tribal and State requirements.
• Assists with the setup of the slot tournament including the conversion of gaming machine devices.
• Oversees Tribal and State compliance testing.
• All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).
