The successful candidate will provide friendly, courteous and efficient guest service and ensure a prompt response to all guests' needs. You will also provide cashiering, slot machine services, transaction verification, assistance and oversight to Slot Service Specialists. Adhere to all department and property policies, procedures, and internal controls Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity. Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates while offering developmental guidelines and resources to achieve goals Through teamwork with other Slot Supervisors and the Slot Service Specialists, ensure great guest service and prompt response to guests' needs at all times Assure that the slot machines are operating properly and that all jackpot payoffs are executed in a timely manner according to company policy Verify, process, and authorize jackpot payouts Support and assist Slot Service Specialists and other Slot Supervisors on the Casino Floor General monitoring of job performance of Slot Service Specialists Consistently monitor and manage the departments' labor and payroll standards. Assist Guests with general questions concerning the Casino Respond to change lights on slot machines and assist customers needing change or other assistance Other various duties as assigned by the Casino Operations Assistant Shift Manager
