About The Position
Responsible for supervising Slot Technicians who will be performing advanced slot machine repairs and technical work, including troubleshooting, modifications, and preventative maintenance. Evaluates machines that are not performing to standard and identifies the causes of malfunctions. Inspects all gaming-related equipment for signs of mechanical issues or potential cheating. Works collaboratively with other slot technicians on the shift to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and consistency across all machines.
