The Slot Guest Service Ambassador serves Guests in an efficient and courteous manner, greeting them with a smile. This role requires a very outgoing and positive demeanor and a passion for Guest Service. The position involves hosting a designated slot section, providing Guest Service, maintaining the cleanliness of the section, and ensuring all machines are operational and ready for play. The Team Member is expected to cultivate new Guest relationships and maintain existing ones by providing friendly and efficient service. Services provided to Guests include offering change, paying jackpots, redeeming EZ-Pay tickets, and performing minor machine repairs. The Ambassador will use a Guest Locator to attend to Guest needs, be knowledgeable of company and property promotions, and have knowledge of the gaming floor, including the location of slot machines, restaurants, amenities, and restrooms. The role also involves promoting the Boarding Pass Rewards program and actively recruiting new members, while complying with all Slot Department policies.
