WE LOVE OUR WORK. Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Closely monitors customer needs by visibly circulating the gaming floor and interacting with patrons. - Provides cash handling service to casino patrons. Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures. Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers. Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel. Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges. Performs customer booth transactions. Assists in training new personnel as needed. Effectively responds to manager’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved. Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino. Handles jackpots; initiates paper fills/reserve paper fills; corrects minor slot machine malfunctions and performs light maintenance; performs reserve paper replenishments; performs main change bank duties; announces jackpots; accurately distributes change from secured wallet; responds to change lights, all in accordance with indiana Gaming Commission rules and regulations. Maintains cleanliness of work areas including keeping chairs pushed in, emptying ashtrays, disposing of cups, vacuuming or wiping out coin trays, and any other light cleaning responsibilities to promote a positive player environment. Accurately enters all customer information into the CDS and iGT systems. Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
