About The Position

Stocks and replenishes raw material on wire knitters and doffs all finished products. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Replaces/replenishes spools of yarn and wire as needed on wire knitters in accordance with Standard Running Conditions (SRC’s). Doffs/Removes maxi spools when spool is full and/or at the request of an operator. Stores raw material as directed. Ensures proper yarn back tension from creels to the wire knitters by following the visual aids on the creels. Cleans wire knit floor; maintains general housekeeping of department floor. Performs other duties at, or above, the same skill level at the discretion of the Supervisor. Overall awareness and understanding that Hope Global operates within the EMS 14001 & QMS 16949 management systems. Additional training over the course of the employee's tenure will be given as needed or required and in accordance with the criteria specified in ESP7.2/QSP 7.2.1Training Awareness and Competence.
