Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Provides cash handling service to casino patrons.
- Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
- Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
- Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
- Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges.
- Performs customer booth transactions.
- Assists in training new personnel as needed.
- Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
- Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
