Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Money handling experience a plus.
Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Actively patrol assigned sections looking for opportunities to be of service to our guests.
Sincerely greet and welcome all guests on the slot floor.
Celebrate any win by the guests.
Complete, paper fills and jackpots promptly, accurately and with a high degree of personalized service.
Completes verification paperwork for jackpot payouts.
Maintain a good relationship with the cage employees to help execute slot transactions.
Offer assistance to slot playing guest's and explain features of the slot machine when necessary including the ticket in/ticket out technology.
Determine machine malfunctions and identify appropriate actions.
Correct machine malfunctions (e.g. coin jams, printer errors, bill validators, etc.).
Perform cash handling transactions such as paying jackpots and making change.
Must keep, maintain the integrity of, and balance cash wallets at the end of shift.
Always promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Performs other duties as assigned.
