About The Position

Pay Rate: $16.66/hr. min, plus tips.
Shift: Late Swing/Grave
Position Type:  Full-time, non-exempt.

PURPOSE
To pay jackpots and hand pays, fill and service slot machines and assist guests with change.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Minimum of six (6) months experience handling multiple cash transactions on a daily basis.
• Guest Service; minimum of six (6) months.
• Math skills.
• Must have proven computer skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
• Ability to clearly communicate using a two-way radio
• You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
• The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position

Responsibilities

• Provide first response guest service, and provide accurate information pertaining to the department and other departments for the Casino.
• Promote the Casino, events, loyalty and an entertainment value.
• Accurately complete slot transactions with friendly and efficient guest service.
• Pay and process jackpots and hand-pays with precision.
• Fill and service slot machines.
• Assist guests with change and other guest services.
• Accurately complete daily slot logs and required paperwork.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
