Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Familiarity with laboratory practices, workflows, and stability operations.
  • Ability to partner professionally with laboratory management and personnel.
  • Strong data‑entry skills, and the ability to interpret basic technical information are preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LES, LIMS, or other data‑collection systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute stability sample pulls according to study schedules and protocols.
  • Distribute stability samples to the appropriate internal or external laboratories, ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and chain‑of‑custody.
  • Create, update, and maintain stability studies within the SLIM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage SLIM change controls, including updates to specifications, methods, and study parameters.
  • Receive and log incoming samples, verifying documentation and placing them into the correct stability chambers.
  • Maintain and organize stability chambers, monitoring capacity and ensuring proper sample placement.
  • Communicate with laboratory staff and management to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and support testing workflows.
  • Support audits by providing accurate SLIM data, sample traceability, and documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with all procedures, escalating issues when necessary.
