assembling and disassembling equipment operating all slicing equipment in the department practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured calculating bin requirements for production accurately weighing, filling, and folding products labeling and ensuring accurate inventory of bulk product documenting equipment inspections and reporting unsafe conditions or damage to product, equipment or facility accurately completing all paperwork required by the position assisting operators with daily production operations including operating all slicing equipment labeling product bins providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs other duties as assigned
